You will learn how to achieve coherence (harmony) between heart rate and brain waves through the correct breathing technique and how this affects your mental and physical health. Neuroscientific and medically researched tools, including "Coherent Breathing" or the latest both relaxing and energizing meditation techniques, will be taught in an easy to understand way.

No previous knowledge is required. In addition to lectures and practice sessions, there will be question and answer sessions and appropriate breaks.
